Return Policy

To return an item, contact us via email or phone to obtain a return authorization number to include on your shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns without a return authorization number as we can not match the return shipment to your account.

Normal Sales Return Terms
No returns accepted after 30 calendar days from online OR over phone purchase date.
Returns needs to be reported in writting over email at customercare@americanfashionworld.com with Invoice number.

Damage during transportation needs to be reported at customercare@americanfashionworld.com within 5 calendar days. Return will be issues only if shipping carrier agrees to damage.

Approved returns will be subject to 15% restocking fees.

Credit will be issued to credit card used for original purchase less shipping cost (unless manufacture product defect) merchandise has been received and inspected.

Credit can take up to 30 days to process.
